Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Contact us at support@urbaneebike.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package the product securely, including all original components and documentation.

Ship the product to 17831 SE 82nd Dr, Gladstone, OR 97027, with the RMA number clearly marked.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Damaged Products

Exchanges
