Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may return products purchased from urbaneebike.com within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

  • The product is not a custom order or marked as non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@urbaneebike.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Package the product securely, including all original components and documentation.

  3. Ship the product to 17831 SE 82nd Dr, Gladstone, OR 97027, with the RMA number clearly marked.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and, upon inspection, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
